To ensure transparency, please review our refund policy for National EIA Events:

For Exhibitors and Sponsors:

  • More than 90 days from the event: Eligible for a full refund minus a $200 cancellation fee.
  • Within 90 to 46 days of the event: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Within 45 days of the event: No refunds will be issued.

For Attendees:

  • More than 90 days from the event: Eligible for a full refund.
  • Within 90 to 31 days of the event: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Within 30 days of the event: No refunds will be issued.
To ensure transparency, please review our refund policy for EIA Chapter Events:

For Exhibitors and Sponsors:

  • More than 45 days from the event: Eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward next year's conference.
  • Within 45 days of the event: No refunds or credits will be issued.

For Attendees:

  • More than 45 days from the event: Eligible for a full refund.
  • Within 45 to 31 days of the event: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Within 30 days of the event: No refunds will be issued.
